Endodontics
Intracanal medication consisting of 100% pure calcium hydroxide in powder form. Used in cases of live pulp or necrotic pulp with or without apical periodontitis, as a pulp capping material in accidental pulp exposure and pulpotomies. It also promotes periapical repair by depositing mineralized tissue.

Indicated as an intracanal curative material. When it stimulates the formation of reparative dentin, consequently increasing its thickness, it provides greater protection for the pulp tissue.
